Affirmations To Reduce Stress During Challenging Times

I know there is much mass hysteria in our world today, especially around the Coronavirus pandemic. People are stressed, anxious and feel uncertain about what is to come. Worrying thoughts like, I hope I didn't get sick?, I hope I didn't interact with anyone who may unknowingly have the Coronavirus? Will there be enough food and supplies for me and my family? Will I have a job next week, tomorrow?, How will I pay my bills, since my company has shut down and there is no pay? OMG,  will I survive, will the people who I hold dear survive? Is this really the end of days?  Ok! Ok! I may have gone a little overboard with the last two thoughts but you get the point. People are really scared and I get it. However, here's one thing I know for sure, "FAITH AND FEAR CANNOT COEXIST" you must choose one. When there is fear there is an absence of LOVE. When there is fear there is no FAITH. During this time, I want to remind you not to forget how powerful your thoughts and words are. Since thoughts become things, I thought I'll share a few loving and optimal thoughts/affirmations I've compiled to help remove fear. You can add more to them as you see fit. Here are a few to get you started. 1. Divine Source that flows through me, fills me and all my needs are met. 2. For today, I will have faith and trust and know that all is well. 3. I am whole and complete and full of vibrant health. 4. I know that Divine love through me blesses and multiplies all that I have.  5. I am peace, I am love and I am still. 6.
